Voting Question: Help Finding A Diabetic Friendly Cake?

I Live In The Seattle/Kent/Federal Way WA Area, And I'm Having Some Issues Finding A Pre-Made Diabetic Friendly Cake. Preferably Natural (Stevia Vs. Splenda.) It Doesn't have To be Vegan- But It Would Be Nice, That Way My Mom And I Could Eat It Together. I've Tried Marlene's Market And Deli, And They Have One Done With Honey, But No "Sugar Free" Sweeteners. I Really Don't Need It Till November, It'd Just Be Nice To Know Where I Can Get One So I Don't Go On A Crazy Rampage For One At The Beginning Of The Month. Lol. My Mom Is Insulin Dependent.
