Resolved Question: Can I sue a lawyer and his client for defamantion?

I wa recently involved in this lawsuit. On one occasion, the lawyer filed a false police report against me. Before the state made a ruling on summary motion, I filed a federal complaint alledgely the same claims in the state action. After the final pre trial hearing, the defendants claim that I made an implied threat, and filed a false police report stating that I was going to blow up the place. The witness even testified in open court that I didn't make a threat to do physical harm to anyone. I told the attorneys that it really didn't matter at this point what happens in the state court, because I was amending my federal complaint to add new claims, and new defendants, and that by federal statue, I had to have everyone served within 120 days, and that it was approaching, and that I had filed a motion with the federal court to enlarge the time.
