I am having difficulty finding the answers to these questions on the web. True or false -Newly diagnosed HIV positive persons are required to seek all sexual and needlle sharing and dislose their HIV positive status to those partners.(This pertains to Washington State) True or false -There are 5 federal laws which are based upon civil rights laws and protect people with disabilities from discrimintation. True or false - The health insurance portability and accountability act(HIPAA) of 1996 is also known as the privacy rule.
